I. Greenfield development in Öhringen

The town of Öhringen offers excellent conditions for greenfield developments, some of which are already available or will be in the near future.

Eight hectares of unrestricted industrial area, suitable for immediate building, and with excellent transport connections are waiting for you.

The area can be developed to a height of 12 metres (height of the eaves). Prices range between 50 and 65 euro/sq. mtr. including development costs.

A further 27 hectares including an industrial area (GI)are available for immediate development as required.
In addition, a privately owned leasehold of 4 hectares of unrestricted industrial area is available on request, with leasehold costs amounting to 6 percent p.a. of the land value plus development charges.

IV. Working in Öhringen

The highly skilled workforce of the region reaches Öhringen ideally by car or rail.
Exit AS 40 (Öhringen) links the metropolis of Hohenlohe in an east-west direction directly to the A6 Federal Motorway Mannheim-Nuremberg.

Just a few kilometres further, exit AS 8 (Neuenstein) connects Öhringen in a north-south direction just as ideally with the A81 Federal Motorway Wurzburg-Stuttgart.
Both the central bus station and the directly adjacent main station guarantee optimal access to public transportation.

A so-called “Job-Ticket” available from “Nahverkehr Hohenlohekreis” (local transport for the Hohenlohekreis district, NVH) facilitates easy transportation for commuters. In addition, city railway service between Heilbronn and Öhringen is available every 20 minutes.

In the Hohenlohekreis district, private mobility is an important aspect too. In proportion to its number of inhabitants, the district has the highest number of car registrations throughout Germany.
An estimated 8,500 people are employed in Öhringen, whereby the number of commuters coming into town clearly outweighs that of commuters leaving town to work elsewhere.
